Hi everybody! I finally have a paypal account, so I'll finally able to accept commissions, donations and do a couple of things more! =)

I want to thank you all for reading my journal ... and I hope to thank you all in next future for buying something with my signature on it ;D In other words, asking me commissions and other things like LJ Icons, Bagdes, Sketches ... etc.
As many people do, I want to put my "tip jar" too; donations are always welcome! ;) they'll sure help me in buying new art supplies. However I want to underline that's not obligatory, it's just a detail to help an 'Artist' with his works (of course). =)

Thanks for your attention guys ... and thanks for your potential donations!!!

Hi everybody! Finally I've got my line back and I can communicate with you again ...
I spent my first week at the University and I liked it, there're a lot of new things to do and probably the best one is 'Paleography' (recently I had to transcribe the first part of Dante Alighieri's purgatory from an ancient illuminated version of the famous Divina Commedia - late XIV century). Now, I just hope to find enough time to study what I missed during the past month and everything will be OK. =)

40 minutes by train are acceptable, those surroundings are not as stressful as Milano; the lake is a very relaxing place and there're a lot of things to do. Como is a beautiful city with a a lot of history: every single brick and stone can tell you something about its glorious and rich past. (I promise to post some photos in the next future).

Meanwhile I want to show you these:
The faculty of Law and Jurisprudence is located inside an ancient monastery, close to the romanesque abbey of St. Abbondio (built in 1050). I'm kind of jealous because my section is located inside an horrible complex built during the '70s ... Anyway, they're still restoring a good part of that medieval monastery, and I really hope they'll move my faculty (Cultural Heritage and Arts) over there! XD

If you don't know where Lake Como is, just take a look on googlemaps. BTW, there're around 45 km (28 ml) between Como and Lissone, which is the city with the nearest train station.

If you've ever been in Las Vegas, the name "Bellagio Hotel & Casino" should be familiar to you ... ok, near Punta Spartivento you'll find the original town of Bellagio, one of the most beautiful cities around. However, if you're more interested in celebrities, Laglio is the right place for you: over there you'll probably find Mr. George Clooney walking downtown; they say he's a nice and simple guy and I hope to find him someday! XD

That's all for now folks! See you next time! ;D

Thanks everybody for your comments ... I needed them!
I really appreciate your (digital) company; even if I should feel good for a couple of things I mentioned in a previous post, I still have some problems here and there; your comments are a good medicine in these occasion. ;)

Well, I'm ready to come back in Italy again (more or less); I'll leave Spain on wednesday 28, I don't know when I'll be online again ... but I want to say that you're in my thoughts. =)

I hope to hear of you as soon as possible.
(BTW, tomorrow it's my last day here, I hope to be relaxed enough when I'll start the University) :P

Hi everybody! I missed you all in these days!!!
It was a strange vacation because ... there was no vacation for me :P

Well, I have to say that I really enjoyed my cousin's wedding. BTW, I know he's planning to spend his honeymoon in California; so, I asked: "Ok, just be sure to have an empty bag ... It'd be a good hiding place for me!" XD
However, I had no time to relax because (*drum rolls*) I finally found a new university in Como! I'll start in November I suppose, when I'll back in Italy - Art Sciences and Cultural Heritage: which includes history, history of arts, archeology, literature, languages, etc. I'm pretty happy, but really tired after all of this.

Ok, now it's time for some photos (I hope to post more of them); this is a short session about the wedding with me, my parents and ... a lot of cold starters. =)
Photos under this cut ... )

I hope to have news from you; I haven't red anything yet, I don't have much time unfortunately.
Now I've to go, let me know if you're still alive guys! ;D See you soon.

Well, tomorrow I'll go back in Italy for a couple of weeks (I'll be here again on October 15); I really hope to relax a bit. I just want to say that I'm really sorry for being so absent in these days, however I didn't forgot you and your kind words. =)

Probably this is the occasion I was looking for ... a new start, a new way of life. I've always appreciated my 'surroundings' and my conditions, I consider myself very lucky and I've thank God for that; Anyway, In these months the loss of my sweet Diva was like a smack ... my small world has lost is brightness, but I'm happy because that kind creature made me learn a lot of important things.

Now I'll try to put those things to good use: I discovered how I love my parents, my family; Probably, even if I spent an horrible summer, this will be a quite pleasant Autumn and Winter. I hope that everything will go better from now on.

See you next time my friends!
Take care you all ...

I had two intense dreams about Diva in these days:
In the first one I was looking for her because I couldn't believe she was gone; it was a rainy day and I discovered that she was with a new family, so I crept into their apartment and I 'stole' her. We went outside and, while running away, I said "I'll never let you go again! You'll be with me again from now on".

In the second one I was walking with her in Tarragona once again; I was so happy, and she looked happy too.
However I knew she was no longer alive, in fact there was a strange guy with us (sombody like 'Agent Smith' from Matrix); I suppose he was an angel or something, because he said "It's time now: we have to go". So I gave him my thanks for letting me spend one last day with Diva, and then I woke up.

After these two dreams I feel happy, because I know she's still with me in my heart and in my mind!

Working has become a torture: I can't keep smiling at people while I'm heartbroken. I'm thinking to lay myself off.
Today I cleaned Diva's pantry and dispensay, I just couldn't believe it; I also recovered her leash ... I can still smell her 'perfume' on it.

I feel her presence moving away a bit more everyday. I can't accept it!
Tomorrow she'll back somehow: her remains will be placed on the best spot I have in my room, but I don't know if I'll be able to see them. I can't think of my sweet joyful puppy as a inert heap of ashes. BTW, everyday at 19:30 I take my walk as always, because I'd feel bad otherwise ... it's painful, but it helps me to feel close to her.

I just hope that Diva is fine now, and I hope she'll wait for me when my time will come.

Please Diva, come back!!! I'll be here for you.

Looks like I'm always unable to shed tears in these sad occasions ... but it doesn't mean I'm that cold.
My father took Diva to a special place and asked for new analysis, it turned out that Diva had a malignant tumor (that's what my father told me; I don't know if I can actually believe him, since my lil puppy was always happy even with those problems) and the vet decided to put her to sleep without my agreement.

I'm still shocked and it's hard for me to accept that Diva is gone. I just wish to have been able to give her more love and pay more attention to her; I was kind of absent in these months and I'll never forget how blind I've been. I wish I could hug her one last time.

I met her at the dog pound of Mariano Comense on September 8th and brought her here in Spain on April 8th as well. I'll never forget her beautiful eyes! Goodbye sweetheart! We'll meet again someday.

Recently Diva started to piss all over the terrace ... the situation was getting out of hand, so I contacted the vet for a radiography. It turned out that she has something in her belly, and that thing has completely squished her left kidney; However there could be a different reason, the vet says: an hormone imbalance.

Surgery is inevitable, and they asked me around 300 Euros! My father wants to ask for an "eternal sleep" shot, but I can't do that to her; even if she drives me crazy sometimes, I don't want to kill her. There's another sad note: if Diva survives, my parents want to give her away ... or leave her in a dog pound.

If I'll move to Scotland I'll have to make a decision.
I don't know what to do!

Hi everybody! Unfortunately my plan to move in Northern Ireland didn't work as I expected, but someone told me that EU students can ask for tuition fees in Scotland; since I can study "for free" I was thinking to apply online and see what happens. However, I really don't know what to choose ... I mean, there're so many things I'd like to learn, but I don't know which faculty will allow me to find a job 'easily'.

I was pointing to Glasgow, and there're three universities for me:
The University of Glasgow (I'd choose Arts)
The University of the West of Scotland (I'd choose Languages or Digital Art)
The Glasgow School of Art

What do you think?
Could you give me your opinion?

Thank you so much for reading here! =)

Hey! I was cleaning my digital library and I found these photos I took in the ex-royal gardens of Monza; we were working on a short videoclip called "Star Worse" ... it was so funny! XD eheheh
I was the commanding officer or something, and for that occasion I used my father's uniform. =)

I thought to add a peculiar touch to my character, using one of my sun lenses and a little chain on my glasses. ;) Now I think I look like Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid III … vaguely. :P

I’m an one-eyed man too! XD

Hi everybody ... recently my laptop computer was acting oddly: in the middle of my screen appeared a bright stripe. My neighbour is a computer engineer, so I asked for help; I should replace my screen with a new one, he said. Fortunately this time was only the screen! I had to buy a new graphic card one year and a half ago, but since it was attached to the motherboard, I had to replace that too.

In other words, my HP Pavilion zd8000 has a 'new' motherboard and grahic card (1,5 years - I've already spent 400 euros for it) and now I need to change a 17'' screen (265 euros); do you think it's a good idea?
It's an XP service pack 3 and I have all my programs in there (I can't use them on Vista). It was a good computer after all, I spent 700 euros and not 1.500 when I bought it 4 years ago ... personally I'd like to repair it instead of buying a new one. My father doesn't agree.

However I've my savings!
Tell me, what should I do? Repair the old one, or buy a new laptop?

If you need more informations, just ask. It's really important!
I'll aprecciate your opinion very much! =)

Finally I found a job for this summer: I'll work in a Acquapark for a couple of months (at least I'll get some money); I won't have much time, but I think I'll able to what I planned. ;) I'm slowly fixing my things and I can't wait to finish! XD

I'm doing fine after all ... just a bit tired.
See ya! =D

I feel the need to say it: "Thanks Mom and Dad for everything you did for me! Thank you for giving me all the nice things I have! Thanks!!!"
Recently, with this new computer, I understood that all those images, music, videos I've been accumulating during the latest 4 or 5 years (just like the objects I have inside my room) are the voiceless witness of my immense selfishness and materialism.

I felt like if I was in point to be washed away by own things and behaviour!
Now, I just want to reduce the 'volume' of what I have and then stop storing useless objects ...

PS: If you want to say something about my thoughts, please, feel free to leave any comment; I'd be happy to read your opinion.

Ahahahah!!! finally, I think I found the right way to draw my character; now we can start with a bit of Kung Fu mixed with some imagination. ;)
I thought to start with something simple: facing the 'adversary' could be a nice beginning (BTW, I love that stupid sand-filled pear) XD
However, he may look like a normal, gentle and easygoing hare ... but don't let it deceive you, he has a lot aces in his hole! If two six-guns and twelve shots are not enough, you'll find a lot of suprises hidden under his waistcoat and sleeves; so, don't make him angry, or he'll show you that even hares have claws. :P ;D

Next time I'll try to draw a duel with Tigress and some expressions! Eheh
I really like how his face and proportions turned out; ... and you? What do you think about it? How close am I getting?
(I know, I'm boring, but this is the first time that I feel free to draw again. It's really important -for me- to keep experimenting like this!)
Please, be patient ... ok? =D Well, let's read your comments now. =)

Hey ... three days, three pages with sketches!!! =)
I can't believe it! XD

Well, here's another piece of paper with something new; I think I'm getting even closer. It's not that easy for me to change my method! :P
I'm pretty satisfied of this new head, now it's a lot cleaner and simple; I also started with the body: I tried to invent some new (strange) proportions). You have the main example in that side view.

It works after all, I think! However, I'm always ready to listen your opinion ... suggestions are welcome, you know. ;)
